Privacy Policy

SAMCO Builders Inc. ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you send us a request through a form on this website, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, project city, the service you are interested in, and your message. We also record which website and page the request came from. We do not collect payment information through this website.

To deliver and protect the site, our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type. To stop spam, we store a one-way scrambled version (a hash) of the sender's IP address with each request; we never store the address itself.

How we use your information

We use the information you send to respond to your request, prepare estimates, schedule and provide our services, and keep a record of our communication with you. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Who handles your information

Requests are stored in our private database, hosted by our database provider, and the website runs on our web hosting provider. A copy of each request is emailed to our team through an email delivery service. These providers handle the information only to run these services for us.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. A single security cookie is used only when our staff sign in to the website's admin area.

How long we keep it

We keep request records for as long as we need them to respond, provide our services, and meet our legal and accounting obligations, and then delete them.

Your choices and California privacy rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Other websites

This website links to other sites, such as our social media pages. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date above.
